Остановимся подробней на 24FX.com , к этой конторе у многих русскоязычных клиентов накопилось немало претензий и отказ со стороны ЦБР в легализации этой конторы в России можно только приветствовать.

Rodeler Limited имеет кипрскую регистрацию и израильские корни. О методах работы израильских FOREX-лоховозок мы рассказывали, и все описанное в полной мере можно отнести и к 24FX.com . Агрессивная недобросовестная реклама, вводящая клиентов в заблуждение, прямой обман клиентов, отказ в выводе средств и воровство клиентских денег это методы, активно используемые многими FOREX-лохотронами и 24FX.com не исключение. Методы развода потенциальных жертв во многом повторяют методы развода мошенников из MXTrade и его клонов (TradingBanks и Trade12): сотрудники 24FX, занимающиеся холодным обзвоном клиентов, представляются ведущим FOREX-брокером и убеждают клиентов открыть торговый счет и инвестировать минимальную сумму. Если у клиента нет опыта торговли на финансовых рынках, ему обещают предоставить профессионального трейдера, который якобы имеет положительный опыт работы на рынке FOREX. В дальнейшем потенциальную жертву разводят на все новые и новые денежные вливания. При малейшей попытке вывода средств, мошенники из 24FX.com уходят в глухой отказ, отклоняя заявки клиентов на вывод денег. Активно используется развод с бонусами, после начисления которых вывести денежные средства со счета уже практически невозможно. Условия отработки бонусов изначально невыполнимые:

Через полгода активной деятельности нашей группы представители 24fx.com связались с создателями сайтов. Сначала они пытались запугивать, угрожали, потом они начали обзванивать всех пострадавших из коллективной жалобы якобы для выяснения как были обмануты трейдеры, есть ли доказательства мошеннических действий. Но не смотря на наличие данной информации 24fx.com отмахивались от всего не принимая во внимание.

Кроме того, практически все пострадавшие подали заявление в банк, через который совершали переводы денег на депозит, на оспаривание операции (чарджбэк). В компанию посыпались запросы из банков, некоторые даже оспорили данные операции и пострадавшие смогли вернут краденные деньги. К сожалению, не всем так повезло, большое количество банков отказали своим клиентам.

Через некоторое время 24fx.com признали, что их подвели партнеры: «Компания 24FX никого не обманывала, ее просто подвели партнеры, в данном случае имеется ввиду партнерская компания (IB — Introducing Broker), привлекающая клиентов, и получающая свой % от спреда. Партнерская компания (IB) работала по неприемлемой для сотрудничества схеме, в результате чего пострадали клиенты компании 24FX, имеющей полноценную регуляцию и полностью выполняющей все обязательства перед своими клиентами. На данный момент все отношения с IB компания 24FX разорвала, и теперь более тщательно выбирает себе партнеров.»

То есть проще говоря трейдеров, которые начали работать с 24fx.com, просто на просто обманули.

Переговоры мошенников из 24fx.com с пострадавшими клиентами начались лишь спустя более полугода с момента слива депозита трейдера. Всем сразу стали предлагать так называемую моральную компенсацию, возвращать вложенные деньги компания не собиралась. Размер составлял не более 2000$, когда потерянные суммы были от 10000$ и более. Условием получения компенсации стал письменный отказ от претензий к 24fx.com. Несколько человек согласились им на депозит была начислена компенсация, но основная часть пострадавших отказалась…. Прошло еще время в интернете мы продолжали размещать информацию о мошеннической деятельности компании, составили повторные жалобы с новыми данными.

В общем после активной деятельности 24fx.com согласились вернуть потерянные средства всем пострадавшим. Они возобновили общение с обманутыми клиентами, обсуждая условия возврата.

На сегодняшний момент я понимаю, что целью компании было выяснить, кто именно из пострадавших размещает информацию в сети интернет и на какие условия они согласятся, чтобы все убрать.

Расставив приоритеты между пострадавшими мошенники из 24fx.com определили сроки возврата средств лишь небольшой части трейдеров. С остальными обещали связаться после. Прошло уже много времени, 24fx.com на связь не выходят.

Очередной раз обманули!

Сейчас они начали активную деятельность по привлечению новых клиентов. Полностью изменив дизайн и наполнение своего сайта, составили новый договор с клиентами. В договоре 24fx.com добавили огромное количество пунктов, которые не позволят клиенту не только получить свою прибыль, но и вывести вложенные средства.

Сейчас мы продолжаем активно размещать все возможную информацию в сети интернет о мошеннической деятельности компании. Так же ищем пострадавших трейдеров от деятельности 24fx.com.
